When we started Thoughts Brewing, we weren’t aiming for shiny trophies. Honestly, we were just trying to help solve problems for other business owners.

So when we found out we’d been nominated for the **Innovator Award** at the [B.O.L.D. Moves Conference](https://www.yahairamstewart.com/event-details/b-o-l-d-moves-conference-2026), it felt… surreal. For us, innovation means taking risks on ideas that make work and life a little easier, clearer, more human.

Sometimes that might mean designing a quirky framework to help a client write better prompts. Other times it’s saying no to gross fluff-filled webinars and yes to training that respects people’s time and actually gives them something they can use. And sometimes it’s just sharing the messy experiments along the way.

This nomination reminds us that boldness is about showing up, trying new things, flying our weird flag and moving forward even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed.

If that resonates with you, we’d love your support. Community votes help decide the winner, and you can vote once per week.

Thanks for cheering us on, in all the bold and weird donkey-loving ways.
