# A Bold Move Worth Celebrating: Thoughts Brewing Named 2026 YMS B.O.L.D. Moves Rising Star

The background is decorated with two orange icons: a collection of cubes on the left and a stylized light bulb and atom on the right. This image represents people and their connection to abstract concepts like building, ideas, and science.](https://thoughtsbrewing.com/hubfs/Bold%20Moves.png)

[Thoughts Brewing, LLC](https://thoughtsbrewing.com/en-us/home) was named the 2026 Rising Star Award Winner at the [2026 YMS B.O.L.D. Moves™ Conference](https://www.joinboldmoves.com/award), an honor recognizing leaders and organizations making bold, intentional impact.

The Rising Star award celebrates people who don’t wait for permission. Who build while learning, who question defaults ([Danielle](https://www.linkedin.com/in/daniellegriffin/) is a great Questionologist afterall…), who challenge assumptions, and who move forward even when the path isn’t perfectly mapped (and [Damien](https://www.linkedin.com/in/damiengriffin/) is a pilot…).

[Thoughts Brewing](https://thoughtsbrewing.com/en-us/home) exists because we got tired of watching smart people feel stupid (especially around technology and AI) simply because the tools weren’t designed with real humans in mind. So we do the unglamorous work: untangling complexity, slowing things down, and teaching people how to think clearly with powerful tools instead of being intimidated by them.

While we weren’t able to attend the conference in person, we were honored to be recognized alongside an incredible group of leaders doing meaningful work across industries and communities.

More than anything, we’re grateful for the amazing group of people who have been endlessly supporting us from behind the scenes.

And we’re still very much getting started….great things are planned for this year.
