The framework is STAGE and here is the breakdown 

• Setting
• Tone
• Action
• Goal
• Emotion

Here’s how it can be used for AI tool prompting -

• Setting - Provide enough context to set the scene for your action(s)
• Target - Who is the audience? 
• Action - What do you want the AI chatbot to do?
• Goal - What does your ideal output look like?
• Emotion - What is the underlying emotion that you want to come through in the output?
