If you have a company knowledge base, you may now be able to connect it to ChatGPT and use it as context for your conversations. This means that ChatGPT will be able to look through your SOPs, calendars, documentation, etc. in addition to the internet to find information and create things for you.
Besides having one of the plans mentioned above, your administrator also has to enable apps for your workspace and each user must connect and log in to the app(s) that they want to use. If that seems like a hassle, think layers of security.
Assuming all of the prerequisites are met, you will see a company knowledge link under your chat area
Once you click on that, you will see a new screen where you can select the apps where your company knowledge lives and that you want to connect to.
Depending on your perspective, this could be a huge time-saver or a massive security risk. Choose your path…
