Now you have the option to integrate information from your NotebookLM notebooks within Google Workspace Studio. This is Google’s Zapier-like platform that allows you to create workflow automations with Gemini and other Google tools.
To access the feature, you’ll need to have one of the following plans
You will also have to make sure that your administrator has enabled access for you.
Once you have access, navigate to studio.workspace.google.com and click on the plus to create a new flow
Add your starter event (something that will trigger your workflow) -
Under actions, you will now have the option to add “Ask NotebookLM”
You can choose any of your notebooks and add a prompt to get the information that you want
After that, everything else works the same way that it did before. So you’ll have to decide what you want to do with the information from NotebookLM - i.e. send it to email, chat, etc.
If you are already using NotebookLM notebooks, this opens up a lot of automation possibilities.
