Answer

Hi,

There are multiple ways to add images into your Google Docs and they are found in the same place (so that makes this easier).

From within your Doc, go to the Insert menu then Image to see your options.

You can use AI (Gemini in this case) to create an image for you with “Help me create an image”.

If your image is on your computer, then select “Upload from computer,” and you can navigate to wherever you have it saved.

“Search web” will allow you to use Google Images to find something that you like.

“Drive” will let you use a picture that you have saved in your Google Drive cloud storage.

“Photos” will allow you to use something from your Google Photos library.

“Camera” will require permission to use the camera connected to your computer.

“By URL” will allow you to enter a web address.

Plenty of options.  Play around and see what works for you.

Thanks for the question
