### Answer

Hi Kara,

The good news is that you have a lot of options.  The bad news is also that you have a LOT OF OPTIONS. 

I’ll list a few to get you started -

- - Use Google Sheets to create Gantt charts
    - Create shared calendars for each project
    - Use Docs to create each projects’ documentation 
          - I.e., project charter, change management plan, communications plan, meeting agendas, etc.
    - Create shared email groups for each project
    - Collaborate in real time inside of Docs and Sheets
    - Collaborate over time in Spaces
    - Create shared drives in Google Drive for each project
    - Create a website in Google Sites for each project and post the relevant information and documents
    - Use Google Meet for team meetings
    - Use Gemini in pretty much any of those applications

Each of those could come with their own tutorial.  Since I’m not sure about your specific situation, I’ll leave it at a high level for now.
