We need to create a visual brand guide for our organization. As we grow, we need to ensure that our brand is being handled properly across locations and teams. How can we use AI tools to get started with this?

Hi Terri,
It really depends on how much you want to do. You could use an AI chatbot to guide you through the process and have your team carry out the creation. You could also have an AI chatbot actually create the guide for you. Or both.
I recommend starting with gathering the components that you believe you will need, i.e. logos, color guidelines, fonts, letterhead, etc.
Then choose an AI chatbot that has image creation and/or application creation capabilities. Gemini would work well. You could also use Perplexity, ChatGPT, maybe Claude (no image creation but it can make apps).
Use a prompt like this to get started -
You are a marketing and branding expert. Your task is to identify brand guide elements that make sense for our organization. We want to maintain consistency by putting strict guidelines in place that align with our mission and vision. We currently have these elements - [list elements that you have]
Output a list of recommendations of additional elements that we may be missing and critique the elements that we already have.
After returning the results (and waiting for our follow-up), be prepared to create brand guides options for us to consider and, ultimately use
This prompt lets you easily decide if you want the tool to create the actual guide for you or not. You can always come back to it later and give it a simple “go ahead and create 3 brand guides for us to consider” prompt.
