Can we use AI tools to help us create a refresh of our current logo to better suit our organization’s mission, vision, and values?

Hi Duane,
Yes and you’ve already mentioned almost everything that you’ll need.
You will need -
-
- Your current logo
- Your organization’s mission, vision, and values
- A list of reasons why you feel like your current logo doesn’t align with the mission, vision and values
- A list of aspects of your current logo that you’d like to keep
- A description of specific things that you’d like to see in a new logo
From here, choose an AI chatbot that has image models that can also reason/think (i.e. Google Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.)
Go to whichever chatbot you have chosen. Let’s say you picked Gemini, you’d go to gemini.google.com.
Now take everything that you’ve gathered and turn it into a prompt so that the model knows what it is doing and has enough context to perform the task(s).
For example -
You are an expert graphic designer that specializes in creating on-brand logos for small businesses. Your task is to review the information that I will provide and use it to create a clean modern logo that aligns with our organization and its mission, vision, and values.
Our current logo is attached.
Our mission, vision, and values are [attached or listed below]
We do not feel that our current logo aligns with our mission, vision, and values because [list reasons]
We would like to keep the following aspects of our current logo [list them]
Here is a description of what we would like to see in a new logo [list]
Ask questions to gather any missing context or clarify anything listed.
Output a logo in this format [format type i.e. svg, png, jpg, etc.]
Now see what it comes back with and accept it as-is, prompt the chatbot to try again, or download it from the chatbot and edit it yourself.
