Ready for a new treasure hunt in this [Word Treasures](https://thoughtsbrewing.com/blog/tag/word-treasure) post?

Liminal (adjective) - occupying a position at or on both sides of, a boundary or threshold

> *“Living in the liminal space is unstable.”* - Seth Godin, 05/17/25 blog

Ecdysiast (noun) - a striptease performer

> *“She’s a climate monitor, her call designation is Weather Girl, and some of the crew jokingly refer to her as Tempest Storm, a name of a long-ago ecdysiast.”* - Wendy’s Final Task, Stephen King

Animism (noun) - the attribution of a soul to plants, inanimate objects, and natural phenomenon

> *“A new animism.” -* Dave Snowden

## Ponder This

1. What threshold are you stuck in right now? What would it take to move through the instability instead of camping out in it?
2. If you attributed soul to the "inanimate" parts of your life (your routines, your workspace, your relationships) what would they tell you about how you're living?
