Innovation doesn’t always look like perfect plans, tidy timelines, polished posts. Most of the time, it looks like a Gremlin was let loose in your pile of handwritten chicken-scratch notes you can barely read, experiments that wobble (and sometimes fall down), and ideas that need a good roasting like a tasty marshmallow before they’re ready.
We’re not sure if that’s the spirit behind our nomination for the Innovator Award at the B.O.L.D. Moves Conference or not. Because we certainly don’t have everything figured out (or even pretend to, as that helps no one), but because we keep showing up, trying new things, and learning out loud.
It’s a huge honor to do this work with real people like you. Clients who push us to go further. Learners who turn “what if” into “let’s try it and see what happens.” Friends who cheer for the messy middles and remind us that bold moves are easier when they’re shared.
So here’s to the experiments, the donkey-loving detours, and the trust that makes innovation possible.
