Working as an ER charge nurse, I was in 24/7 survival mode. Burnout was my entire operating system...I just didn't know it.

**That’s when I realized:** I’m more than just a cog, and time is more than just a to-do list.

Time debt is sneaky and soul-sucking. And no, you can’t fix it with a better Trapper Keeper planner.

- **Overflow Means It’s Broken** – If your calendar looks like Doc Brown’s chalkboard (or hair), something’s gotta give.
- **You’re Not Here to Be a Cog** – If your days feel like an endless task treadmill, it’s time to ask: Is this how I actually want to spend my life?
- **Family > Fire Drills** – If your week doesn’t include what you love, you’re building the wrong life.
- **You're Not in a DeLorean** – Time travel isn’t real (yet). Use the hours you have with intention.

Start living like time is precious, because unless you've got 1.21 gigawatts and a flux capacitor, this is it.
