Damien and I are all in on AI. We teach it. We build courses on it. We know it is the future.

We also know what it lacks.

We are taking every minute AI saves us and reinvesting it in the "soft" skills.

- Empathy.
- Communication.
- Listening.
- You know, those things that make people want to hug you (gross).

The Dalai Lama was right:

> *“Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them, humanity cannot survive.”*

Outsource the spreadsheet, not the soul.
