We love big goals—massive changes, overnight success, instant results. But in[*The Age of Micro*](https://thoughtsbrewing.com/blog/book-brew-50-the-age-of-micro), I look into why thinking smaller is the smarter move:

1. **Small Wins Build Big Momentum** – Micro-changes feel doable, which means you actually start (and keep going).
2. **Your Brain Loves Quick Reward**s – Big goals overwhelm; tiny progress keeps you motivated.
3. **Sustainability Beats Intensity** – A little every day is better than a lot once in a while.

Forget the all-or-nothing mindset. **Small, consistent steps** are the real game-changer.
