One of the benefits of using Perplexity is that they have models from multiple companies (i.e., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.)
They have expanded their model offerings with Z,ai’s GLM-5.2. This is an open-source model with impressive performance.

To access the model with Perplexity -
- Go to www.perplexity.ai
- Log in (or create an account)
- Expand the model selector in the bottom right of the prompting area
- Choose GLM 5.2
