It may seem like all of the big tech companies have at least one major AI product except Apple. Well that’s about to change. They have recently released some of the details of Apple Intelligence.
It looks like they will be integrating AI features into their operating systems - iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, and macOS Sequoia 15.1.
There will be tools to do the following things -
- Create images using natural language descriptions
- Remove objects from photos
- Record, transcribe, and summarize audio
- Summarize notifications across apps
- Create custom memory movies
- Generate smart replies to emails
- Work with a more capable Siri
- And a lot more
In addition to the features that will launch with the operating systems, Apple will continuously release new AI features via software updates.
