Q: Who are you, really?

We’re Damien and Danielle, partners in business and life. She's an ops nerd with a systems brain and a side of sass. He’s a calm-in-the-chaos engineer who’s been building tech since floppy disks were a thing. We like good strategy, clean systems, and animals with big personalities (capybaras, we see you).

Q: What makes you qualified to teach this AI/tech stuff?

Between the two of us? Over 80 years of IT, ops, and tech problem-solving. Damien started coding in the '80s. Danielle learned DOS for fun. We've worked with 100+ orgs across the U.S., sat through thousands of painfully boring AI trainings (so you don’t have to), and built resources that are actually useful. No buzzwords, no gatekeeping, no Skynet.

Q: How long does it take to start working with you?

It depends on the scope.

Training calls can happen fast, sometimes even the same week.

Strategy or fractional work usually starts with a quick discovery video chat, then we get you scheduled based on availability (which fills up fast, but we're worth the wait).

Be as detailed as you can in the 'Let us know what we can help you with' box of the Contact Form; it helps us skip the back-and-forth and get you scheduled faster.

Q: What should I bring to a consult call?

Just yourself and a rough idea of what’s driving you nuts. We’ll ask thoughtful questions, but you don’t need to prep a PowerPoint. Honest answers help us help you faster.

Q: Do you offer ongoing support or one-time help?

Both. Some folks just need a tune-up. Others need a co-pilot. We offer one-time sessions, packages, and fractional roles. We’ll recommend what fits you, not what bloats our calendar.

Q: What does this cost?

We don’t post fixed rates because our work is custom, and no two clients need the same thing. That said, we’ll always be transparent. You'll know the price before we do anything billable.

Q: Can you work with my team, or just me?

Yes.
We work with founders, managers, and entire teams. If you’ve got a group that needs to learn or shift together, we can handle it, and no one will fall asleep during training. Promise.

Q: What’s your process like?

Clarity first. Then action. We usually start by getting a clear picture of what’s happening (or not happening), then build systems, train people, or support implementation, depending on what you need.

Q: How do I get started or request a consult?

Easy, just fill out the Contact Form. The more detail you give us about what you’re looking for (AI training, systems help, fractional support, or general “please fix this chaos”), the faster we can get you pointed in the right direction.

Once we review your info, we’ll follow up via email to schedule a time to chat. No bots. No sales scripts. Just a real conversation with one or both of us, real goofy humans who actually read what you wrote.

Q: Will you make us feel stupid if we don’t know tech?

Absolutely not. We're here to explain things in ways that make sense, no shame, no jargon. We’ve all been beginners, and some of us have even cried over broken automations. You're safe here.

Q: What if I already tried using AI and gave up?

That’s more common than you think. We’ll help you start from where you are, not where some $7K masterclass told you you should be. Even seasoned pros get stuck and we’re great at unsticking people.

Q: Is this only for business owners?

Nope. We've trained retirees, educators, college students, nonprofit staff, government teams, freelancers, you name it (Danielle tried to teach a squirrel once….but that’s probably not what you mean). If you’re a human who wants to use AI or systems to work better, you’re our people.

Q: Do you offer 1:1 support?

Yes. We offer private training, strategic consulting, and fractional leadership (COO/CTO) for clients who need deeper help. Limited spots, high-impact work.

Q: What does 'fractional' mean, exactly?

It means you get C-level strategy without hiring someone full-time. We work with you on a part-time, project-based, or interim basis to get you unstuck and growing again.

Q: How do I know if we’re a good fit?

You’re probably a fit if your business feels messier than it should, you’ve outgrown DIY everything, and you want practical help, not buzzwords.

Q: Will you judge my terrible backend setup?

Never. We've seen everything from inboxes with 37,000 unread emails to CRMs held together with spreadsheets and hope. No shame. Just progress.

Q: Are you real humans?

We are! Danielle and Damien. Married, mildly nerdy, highly strategic. You’ll always work with us, not a mystery team in the background.

Danielle is a former ER/Trauma nurse turned systems strategist, lifelong book hoarder, and unapologetic animal whisperer. Damien is a former IT superhero, current pilot, and the kind of person who codes his own games just because he can.

We’re both introverted, allergic to drama, obsessed with learning, and deeply committed to helping people do work that makes sense. Also: we really like Arrested Development, The Good Place, and sarcastic side commentary.

Q: Is talking about animals part of the process?

Not officially, but if you want to swap donkey facts, show us your dog’s Instagram, or debate capybara chill levels, we’re in. Danielle makes friends with every animal she meets.

Q: How do I know we’ll get along?

If you prefer people who speak like humans, design like adults, and don’t yell at you in popups, and if your humor leans dry, self-aware, or delightfully unhinged in a “did they just say that?” kind of way, there’s a good chance we will.

We care deeply about making work easier for neurodiverse, introverted, and sensory-sensitive folks, because we are those people, too.

And yes, Danielle really did go on a donkey cuddle date. That probably tells you more than a whole case study could.

Q: Do I need to be tech-savvy to work with you?

Nope. If you can use Google Docs and have survived at least one chaotic Zoom call, you’re good. We design training for real humans, not computer science majors.

Q: What kinds of AI tools do you teach?

We focus on practical tools like AI chatbots (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.), NotebookLM, plus how to use them inside tools you're already using (like Google Workspace, Zapier, Notion, Canva, or ClickUp).

Q: Are your courses a version of just another webinar or boring, theory-heavy course?

Nope.

We skip the fluff. Everything we teach is action-first.

You’ll leave with real examples, working prompts, and tools you can start using right away.

Q: Will AI replace my team?

No, and we’re not here for the “AI eats everyone’s job” narrative. We help you and your team work smarter, with AI tools, not vanish.

Q: I’m drowning in tasks and sticky notes. Can you help?

Yes. That’s kind of our specialty. We help clean up your workflows, document the stuff in your head, and build systems that match how you work, not how some no-tech-experience guru said you should.

Q: What do you mean by 'systems'?

Think: processes, tools, and automations that keep your business running without you doing everything manually. We help design them. Then we teach you how to use them.

Q: We’re not a tech company. Can you still help us?

Absolutely. Most of our clients are small businesses, freelancers, consultants, creatives, nonprofit teams, or educators. You don’t have to be techy, you just have to be ready for things to run better.

Q: Why is there so much dark blue on your site?

Because our eyes (and maybe yours) deserve a break. We both prefer dark themes for less eye strain, fewer distractions, and more focus. Plus, it looks sharp without shouting.

Q: Why isn’t your site more...animated?

Motion graphics, swirly unreadable text, and popups = sensory overload. We’ve got enough going on without jump scares from floating newsletter boxes. Also, vertigo is real, and we design with accessibility in mind.

Q: Why don’t you have ads?

Because we hate them too. If we wanted to be sold a juice cleanse or crypto course, we’d go somewhere else. Our site is designed for clarity and calm, not chaos and clickbait.
