Damien’s been solving technical puzzles since floppy disks were the size of his face. He brings decades of experience in network engineering, business development, and system migrations that should not have been attempted but somehow still worked.

He’s the person you want when your tools won’t talk to each other, your tech roadmap is a scribble, or you need someone who can break down complex systems without making you feel like you missed an entire decade of schooling.

Operations nerd with a side of sass. Former ER/Trauma RN. Wanna-be animal whisperer. 

Danielle specializes in making messy things make sense: processes, writing, workflows, content, automation, creative strategy, and the occasional emotional breakdown over Google Workspace.

She brings out people’s strengths, finds the gaps, and builds systems that support how people actually think, not how corporate handbooks pretend they do.

Thoughts Brewing Origin Story

This whole thing started when Danielle tried to teach a squirrel how to use Google Calendar. (Okay, not exactly, but the energy is the same.)

We were tired of watching smart people feel stupid because tech tools weren’t built with real people in mind. So we created a business centered around clarity, kindness, systems that make sense, and AI tools that don’t gaslight you.

Thoughts Brewing is the result: a place where learning feels doable, sarcasm is a love language, and no one pretends their inbox is at zero.
