- ChatGPT – The employee who always has an answer. Sometimes brilliant. Occasionally overconfident. Definitely needs someone to fact-check.
- Claude – The detail-oriented project manager. Shows up with color-coded notes, asks thoughtful questions, and somehow remembers page 47 of the document.
- Gemini – The office connector. Knows where every file lives and keeps wandering into Google Docs saying, "I already started."
- NotebookLM – The research librarian. Won't make things up, but can instantly tell you exactly which source answered your question.
- Perplexity – The person who arrives with twelve citations. Helpful, but you're going to spend the next ten minutes deciding which rabbit hole to follow.
Every AI has a different personality. Put them in the right positions for best results.
