There has been this whole energy around TL;DR (too long, didn’t read) for a while now. It feels like everyone wants the quick fix. The magic pill. The instant answer. The summary of the book/video/article.
“Be as brief as useful.” - Seth Godin
It got me thinking, rather than writing a novel of a post/article and then adding a TL;DR at the end, why don’t writers just make a SETR (short-enough to read) version? Why not lead with the thing people seem to actually want?
In line with that, I end this post. You’re welcome.
