Bold Moves Don’t Happen Alone

An image of a smiling man and woman standing against a dark blue background. The background is decorated with two orange icons: a collection of cubes on the left and a stylized light bulb and atom on the right. This image represents people and their connection to abstract concepts like building, ideas, and science.

Every “innovative” idea we’ve had started the same way: with people.

Clients willing to beta something unpolished and then roast us so we can improve.

Learners who asked the questions that pushed us further…..and made us go “hmmmmm??”

Colleagues and friends who reminded us that experimenting is easier when you’re not doing it in a vacuum.

That’s the part most of us business owners don’t talk about enough: no one can do it alone (and anyone who says they are doing just that is lying to you). You can have sticky notes, frameworks, and AI tools galore, but without people to bounce them against, they just stay as cobwebby ideas in the attic of your mind.

Being nominated for the Innovator Award at the B.O.L.D. Moves Conference shows us that we need to continue to think laterally, test out new and goofy ideas, and most importantly, find the “Who”s like you who make it happen.

So, if you’ve ever been part of our experiments, we truly thank you. This nomination has your fingerprints all over it.

Votes help decide the winner, and you can cast one each week.
