That one line can work surprisingly well.
All of the different levels (county, city, state, etc.) are included because there are usually things at each level that are needed when starting a business. If your output doesn’t include a level (i.e., doesn’t have instructions for the county), ask about it specifically in a follow-up prompt or do your own independent research.
