Question

How can I use AI so that when I come out of a meeting, I can speak some notes, reminders, or follow-ups into my phone and automatically have tasks created for me?

~ Andrew

Answer

Hi Andrew,

There are a lot of ways that you can do this.  It depends on which tools you are using and what kind of phone you have.  Since I know that you have an iPhone, I will focus on using ChatGPT Tasks with iPhones.

ChatGPT Tasks lets you turn ChatGPT into an office assistant that notifies you at some point in the future.

Here are the steps to use ChatGPT Tasks with an iPhone -

    • Open the ChatGPT app on iPhone
    • Turn on dictation
    • Speak notes, reminders, tasks, etc. into the phone
    • Decide which items will become assigned/recoded tasks
    • Prompt ChatGPT (voice or typed) to add new tasks
      • Provide a description of the task(s) and when you want to be notified
        • Create a task: [WHAT} + [WHEN]
      • Make sure that notifications from ChatGPT are enabled

One thing to note is that ChatGPT is limited to 10 active tasks at a time.  This number will likely go up at some point.

Hope that helps.
