We need feedback on improving the donation page on our website as well as our donation form.  How can we use AI tools to do this?

Here’s the short answer -

1. 1. Pick an AI chatbot

   2. Prompt it to review your website

   3. Prompt it to review your donation form

   4. Review the results

   5. Implement the things that you agree with

      1. Or, give the chatbot follow-up prompts to get more information

Going through some of this, if you have a go-to chatbot then start with that.  If not, Perplexity would be a good choice for this because it excels with web research.  It can review your site and others like it quickly and thoroughly.

Here is a prompt that you can use for numbers 2 and 3 -

You are a website design expert as well as an expert in nonprofit donation strategies. Your task is to provide feedback on the identified website. The feedback required includes improving the  donation page and improving the donation form.

The website address is - [site address]
The form address is - [form address]

If you don’t get anything useful back, call-out what you don’t like in a follow-up prompt and ask it to try again.  You can also try a deep research tool which will give a full report back (but it might take a while).
