Answer

Hi Kara,

The good news is that you have a lot of options.  The bad news is also that you have a LOT OF OPTIONS.

I’ll list a few to get you started -

    • Use Google Sheets to create Gantt charts
    • Create shared calendars for each project
    • Use Docs to create each projects’ documentation
      • I.e., project charter, change management plan, communications plan, meeting agendas, etc.
    • Create shared email groups for each project
    • Collaborate in real time inside of Docs and Sheets
    • Collaborate over time in Spaces
    • Create shared drives in Google Drive for each project
    • Create a website in Google Sites for each project and post the relevant information and documents
    • Use Google Meet for team meetings
    • Use Gemini in pretty much any of those applications

Each of those could come with their own tutorial.  Since I’m not sure about your specific situation, I’ll leave it at a high level for now.

Please reach back out if you’d like more information or clarification about anything here.

 Take care,

~ Damien
