Live Within Your Time Means (Unless You’re a Time-Traveling Wizard)

Brewed Down

Working as an ER charge nurse, I was in 24/7 survival mode. Burnout was my entire operating system...I just didn't know it.

That’s when I realized: I’m more than just a cog, and time is more than just a to-do list.

Time debt is sneaky and soul-sucking. And no, you can’t fix it with a better Trapper Keeper planner.

  • Overflow Means It’s Broken – If your calendar looks like Doc Brown’s chalkboard (or hair), something’s gotta give.
  • You’re Not Here to Be a Cog – If your days feel like an endless task treadmill, it’s time to ask: Is this how I actually want to spend my life?
  • Family > Fire Drills – If your week doesn’t include what you love, you’re building the wrong life.
  • You're Not in a DeLorean – Time travel isn’t real (yet). Use the hours you have with intention.

Start living like time is precious, because unless you've got 1.21 gigawatts and a flux capacitor, this is it.
