I organized a training workshop for my team where they were shown 20 different scenarios where they could use AI. I thought that would be enough variety for them to start using AI in their day-to-day work....

One of the challenges for ChatGPT has been that it gives you the answer if you ask it a question.  Usually this is what people want.  In some cases, though, they want to learn a topic and are looking more for guidance than just the answers.

If you aren’t using AI tools to accelerate and personalize your learning, you are missing out on a massive opportunity.
