Canva has become extremely popular.  Probably because it can do a lot and is easy to use.  

If you have a business, you (hopefully) know how important customer retention is. 

After you’ve gone through the interface of your AI tool of choice - like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini - it might be helpful to have some straightforward prompting templates to come back to.

Some people that I talk to tell me that I am supposed to talk to ChatGPT like it’s a human and other people tell me not to ever do that.  Who should I listen to?~ L.B.

You don’t always have to have AI tools do something for you.  You can also have them work with you on tasks.  

One of the near-universal complaints about AI tools is that they can make up information and present it as if it was “true” (aka hallucinate).

I know, I know - what is this and why would you care…?

I organized a training workshop for my team where they were shown 20 different scenarios where they could use AI. I thought that would be enough variety for them to start using AI in their day-to-day work....

When you start paying attention to the models that you are using with AI tools, you’ll eventually come across flash models.  These are smaller, faster models that can’t do as much as some other models but you may want to use them anyway.
