What are some good rules of thumb when getting started with ChatGPT?  How can I use it?J. 

AI chatbots like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and CoPilot seem to be growing in popularity every day.  That doesn’t mean that there is no downside.  There’s always a downside.

What is sentiment analysis?  It is understanding emotion and/or opinion.
